WoW Machinima Tool : PandaTest (need YOUR help)
« on: November 05, 2012, 11:00:18 PM »
Here is the first release of WoW Machinima Tool for Mists Of Pandaria.
www.pxr.dk/wmt/files/WMT_PandaTest.rar
(Update: If you got crashes as you turn spectate mode on, try this one: http://www.pxr.dk/wmt/files/WMT_PandaTest_02.rar)

Quite a few things have changed in the wow code so expect crashes in this test build. I need you guys to test if Spectate is working as intended and if it causes crashes. If it does please post a PM to me with the wow error code.
Spectate and Waypoint camera is the only features that is properly updated by now.

Place the WMT_PandaTest.exe in your old WoW Machinima Tool folder or get it here:
http://pxr.dk/wmt/forum/releases/3.27-4.3.4-r15595.rar

Once i have gathered enough information to carry on ill update the rest.
So if you don't like a buggy client, please wait for the official release soon.

Note that this test version is 32bit only.
Remember to make sure you are running the 32bit version of wow

Remove Zoom Prot doesn't work. Env 1 doesn't work (such as fog density or view distance).

What i mean with that is that they are the only ones updated and the only ones that will work (the camera XYZ protection will work aswell).

Issue :

As a Monk, I went to the Peak of Serenity today with the program running - everything is black and the only thing I can see is the green NPC plates - it completely gets rid of ALL colours/GFX.

Not sure which setting caused this.

Issues:
In Pandaria it loads land only like a 2000 yards from character (This might be partly the same issue as Nectrotech reported)

If someone have issues with spectator, launch 2nd wmt, restart wow if you have problems with camera and then use 1st wmt and it should work fine. For me wmt 2 had problems with camera, I couldnt look up to the sky :)

So Im running a 32bit version of windows seven and even so I canīt open the software. I tried opening it in a 64bit machine and it worked. Malu said it will work only in a 32bit, did I misunderstand that?

Can you elaborate the "can't open the software".
Do you get a error or so?
